Parking

Free parking is available on my private drive. Please do let me know on 07585381525 if you require parking so I can move my car into my carport to make room for you. There is plenty of free on street parking available too, however in this wintery weather the closer you are to my front door the better!

Booking Fee

I charge a none refundable £5 booking fee on all treatments to secure your booking date and time. This has to be paid upfront. 

If you cancel or rearrange your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment time, you will lose this booking fee and have to pay another booking fee in order to secure an appointment. 

Any cancellations or rearrangements before 48 hours - I will move your deposit over to the new date and time.

If you No-Show your appointment you will need to pay the full price of the next treatment upfront in order to secure a booking with me.

The outstanding amount remaining (minus the booking fee) will need to be paid on treatment day, in cash.
