As someone who struggles with severe anxiety and other mental health conditions, leaving the house just to pamper myself already feels like a huge hurdle not to mention the mum guilt that follows. On top of that, I’ve had some pretty discouraging experiences before with lashes, hair, massages… so I was honestly nervous going in.
But I can genuinely say that Sofia at LBB is incredible. From the moment I sat down I felt completely at ease. I normally find the under-eye pads and the whole lash process really uncomfortable and I can’t usually lie there for long, but Sofia is such a pro that I honestly barely felt a thing.
She also had this amazing instinct for when I wanted to chat and when I didn’t. Sometimes I struggle to keep up conversations and she was absolutely brilliant at reading my cues and even giving me little breaks when I needed them. I felt so understood and accommodated the entire time.
I was really impressed that she actually mapped my lashes, I’ve never had that done before! I love the volume look but also classics, and my lashes can’t handle anything too heavy. She found the perfect combination and they’ve lasted longer than any set I’ve ever had.
Sofia is professional, warm, and so talented. I’ve been showered with compliments and it’s given me such a confidence boost.
These lashes got me through a professional photo shoot, online publication, an awards ceremony, networking events, our charity video AND an evening out - honestly amazing.
It felt so lovely to treat myself for once instead of always helping other people. This has been such a positive experience for my confidence and mental wellbeing. I’m 100% coming back to try other treatments.
